Good morning, the most important thing is that I remember my mother, we were in a cosy and nice house, we were wrapped in love vibrations...

I think I remember my grandmother as well...

DAY

I woke up the Prayer of Saint Francis in the back of my mind:
"Lord, make me a channel of thy peace;
that where there is hatred, I may bring love;
that where there is wrong, I may bring the spirit of forgiveness;
that where there is discord, I may bring harmony;
that where there is error, I may bring truth;
that where there is doubt, I may bring faith;
that where there is despair, I may bring hope;
that where there are shadows, I may bring light;
that where there is sadness, I may bring joy.
Lord, grant that I may seek rather to comfort than to be comforted;
to understand, than to be understood;
to love, than to be loved.
For it is by self-forgetting that one finds.
It is by forgiving that one is forgiven.
It is by dying that one awakens to eternal life.

So I realised that all that I should bring to myself, from than live a life of example...

I spent today doing some work on the Gospel, and finished watching the "you can heal your life", simply amazing...

Went to the supermarket and did shopping, including many organic products on my list...

Then, I went to the SC, and had a great lecturer, about the task of the Spiritist...

I had a fantastic week, and also, I started noticing how changing the approach to little things I can get a better awareness on how I can get results...

Thank Lord, for this day...
