Good morning, I remember walking with Elaine through a village and her mother was making bread, so we went to buy grated cheese to put on it...

On the way to the supermarket I see my sister and my father talking, they are in a bar, the environment is a bit heavy, lots of drunk people, one of his friends come to talk to me and say his family is opening a fish restaurant, my sister has an argument with my father and she leaves...

I also remember being at the SC and there's something about a pen drive and some files...

Today, my landlord changed the fire alarm in my room that was making noise for the last 2 days...

Went to work, and there were lots of old cars in Regent Street, some were so cute, and many didn't have a wheel, but something very strange to help the driving, how did they curve?

I got to work and had a great lunch shift, even if after the briefing I was a bit tought on an answer to one of my colleages...

Staff lunch was fantastic, I sent some money to Brazil today, and on my way back went to the gym to have a shower, where I behaved...

Dinner service was also easy, and I did good tips as lunch as well, the only problem was a little misunderstand with Barry...

I should learn how to apolize or shut up instead of replying sometimes... But at the end, I think I had a great day...

Oh Yes, as it's Halloween, Central London was full, lots of people dressed as characteres, the funny thing is, people really liberate their shadows in a day like this, why don't we create a day where people can liberate their enlighted side as well?

I have lots of memories to share today...

First, as if I was looking for a room to rent, this room was a kind of old warehouse, big glass windows and there was not way to put curtains on them, so I'd be "watched" at all times... Then, someone showed me that a door that goes to the street is always open, meaning that I'd always have unexpected visitors at all times...

Second memory, I was in another room, and there was this lady who was living next to me, my room was in a corner, so my windows gave view to both streets, she told me that she told her mother that she was living in that room, so, whenever her mother was passing by, she would know it, the lady was very friendly, and she took me to visit the place, mentally I kind of recognized the little town or neighbourhood, we got into a nice cultural center, very modern, and the handrail was very interested as if supported by floating wood sticks...

I ended up in another house, and as if my family was arranging for me to be there for a while, my room was giving access to a bigger house, very organised and very clean, there was someone swimming in the swimming pool, and I went for a shower. When I came out of it, I was working and I went to a table and told a customer for him to look into my eyes and tell me that he didn't love me anymore, I was so disappointed, that I went down to go for a drive, another person came after me, and I offered a ride to 2 more guys, we had not very good thoughts, so I saw like if I didn't change the direction the car would crash.

After that, I was talking with a friend and he was telling me off while I was taking matches out of a wood counter...

I finished in a meeting or a kind of study group, there was a father and he had to take his son home... I don't remember much of what we were studying...

Then I went to buy my new wardrobe with Tiago and we spent the afternoon putting it up, we then had dinner in a Portuguese restaurant...

Did something stupid...

Went to meet Flavia and Nelson to see a great English film, "An Education", stunning film, great soundtrack... We had a tapas dinner at "La Tasca"...

Came back home and organized my stuff into the wardrobe...

I had lots of dreams, I remember being in a kind of capsule when a little monkey passed my me, I called its attention and it started playing with me, I was wearing glasses and it wanted to take them out of my face, the feeling was joy, I was really enjoying the monkey...

Then, I was at my old father's snack bar, there is a customer who had a dog and it came inside the bar, the customer had lost a dental protesis, and found later, there was something about I having to go to an English course, and the breath of another customer who bought 5 pears for 2,90 money.

My sister was in front of the snack bar, complaining about something...

In my later dreams I see myself in a small room, which was not very clean, I had some difficulties to leave that room, I remember having my mother's presence in there. Next to it there was a shop, and next an old furniture shop, customers wanted to buy some pieces of furniture and me and a girl were very jealous as the "owner" was treating the new assistant who was selling the furniture, I had to get changed to go to a seminar or congress, and I was also serving some tables, my customers were not happy because I was not giving them full attention.

Today is a Gospel at home day, the chapter XXIII, and told us about the I didn't come to bring peace...

I also went to Ikea, but didn't find all that I was looking for, so I didn't buy anything...

Went to meet Tomas, Alex's friend, and he's very kind, we talked a lot and watched "9", very good animation, with lots of simbolisms...

We had the Mediumship course, which was a general avaliation...

Came back home and talked to Nane by the phone...

Then, I have some memories about work, but they don't seem to be very clear also...

I had a stunning lunch at Roka Canary Wharf, saw lots of friends, and the food was fantastic...

Went to the gym to have a shower, and work was very boring but good and friendly customers...

Bob asked me if I wanted to go to Dubai, and I replied that I have to stay in London for one more year...

I received some msgs from the ones I sent for Tiago, good tips...

I haven't done my test...

I remember being instructed by some good Spirit, but don't remember the content of the instruction, surely, it'll come to me as a great new idea, but can't tell you now what it is about...

I remember going to the bank to make a little deposit and a whole package of money comes out of the machine, I take it and give it back to the staff...
After that, I see myself working with my father in his snack bar, and I take some money and put on my pocket...

Then, I'm working in the restaurant and serving table literally on the streets, comes 2 guys and I offer them the menus, they speak either Polish and Arabic, a Brazilian customer askes for mayo... I'm working with Gaz only and Po...

In the restaurant I also met Andrea, and when I asked about her cousin she leaves as if I was disturbing her...

The dream follow about the chicken who after 45 days of life, theis wings fall off due to the amont of hormones in them, so it seems that if leave a tap open, they go to wahs themselves, very strange...

Well, it's a beautifull sunny day outside...

I decided that I'm having a great, lovely, prosperous week, I wish the same for you

The day was beautifull and I send a message to lots of people to have a great day, I even thought about writing a book like: Messages I'd like to hear in the morning...

Work was fine, and easy, had a misunderstand with Cameron about break time, but Po even agreed with me, so he talked to him about that...

During lunch I had a couple from LA, and I told them about my hollidays, they said it's a great time to go there...

Later shift was also easy, got some good tips, during my break I sent a message to my friends to look for a job for Tiago and got some replies...

Thank Lord for my day, and I'm having more conscience about my thoughts, thank you a lot...

I had a dream I was at my old grandmother's house, I went to a room to put something back, and there was an aunt of mine, she had moved back because she started a divorce process, in the middle of the conversation I was told that a friend of the family had a revelation of the fact that by Wednesday she would be out of her home.

Another fragment of dream, I was in a room and one of my work colleages is guiding me in doing a task, she harasses me but I can get out with no problem...

I have a dream of a father and 2 sons in the ocean, one of the boys hurts the other with a fishing instrument, the father goes to help the son, and knows that the other one didn't do this in purpose.

I remember something like having a coaching section or receiving some instruction on how to proceed, but can't remember exactly what it is...

I'm very pleased as yesterday I won some cash on the lottery...

The day flow was very good, my room is much more organized, still need to buy my bed, the wardrobe and the sofa bed, but sorting this out this week...

I met Tiago, text Tomas, and went to the Healing Seminar, what a great day, the Seminar was astounding, how great it is to learn good things and be able to practice it...

Came back talking to Tiago, and realized he's such a nice guy... Going to ask my friends for a job for him...

Called Tomas and organized a cinema on Weds...

Going to bed now...

I had a dream I was visiting a friend, and when I looked at the horizon I saw the mountains topped with snow, I was I think in Switzerland, there my friend was working in a market, and at the end, we were clearing the shelves for the next day.

Then I went working, the place was a restaurant inside a drugstore, the customers were sitting on the tables, and we were serving them, there were a few big groups, and a lot of confusion, there was a lady that didn't belong to one group and she was misplaced.

I was serving, but I also sit on a table and instead of serving I had a piece of beef, then people started leaving...

Dinner shift was boring on the first half, and messy on the second one...

When we left, I got a message from Alex telling me she has just spoken with her friend and after that I got a text from him...

Got home and fitted some of the new furniture I bought...

Very tired now, just thinking of going to bed..

Today is a beautifull Autumm day, the sun is shining and the temperature seems to be fine, I'm buying some furniture for my room today, but let me start sharing my memories with you...

I had a dream I was in a trip in Brazil, I went to see my mother but didn't have courage to go to her, maybe it's a weakness in my own spirit, and as I was with my family I was worried about the time, as if I was going to miss the plane...

I remember talking about the price and the air company during the dream...

I remember during some point in a dream that I was listening to a music, very relaxing and like the I listened during the mediumship class on Wednesday, a kind of church song...

I also remember that I was talking with someone who was in difficulties where and I explained how it was for me when I arrived, my salary, work, and all I tried to do to save money...

I know I had a few other dreams but their memories don't come to my mind now, I'll tell you if I remember something...

Good morning

I had 2 parts of a night, first part I only slept, deeply, no memories at all, woke up, spend some minutes awake and then went back to sleep again, this time I had some dreams with my family...

I had 2 teenagers brothers and I was playing with them and a friend, they went to bed and my mother arrived home, she seemed fine.

There was something about a pair of trainers I had to glue and I glued my sisters hair on it as well, she was very upset with me.

I saw my brothers again and my mother, and after this I was at work, one of the bartenders was very lazy and doing some mistakes, I woke up the moment I was having an argument with him and the owner was talking to him...

Good morning, I went to bed very tired yesterday, so I just remember a couple of things, which I'll try to report properly...

I was at work, again, it seems I have to learn about working, and 2 tables were waiting for the wine, so I went to see a friend in another room, that part of the restaurant seemed to be also a shop, and people were buying different stuff, asked my friend to look after my customers and she politely replied that I should take care of them by myself...

After, I remember being in the house where I spent my childhood, my father was there, and as he went to talk to a neighbour, I so my cousin, and we went to a icecream shop with an younger version of this same cousin...

There was an infinity of icecreams, and I was going to take some for my father as well...

The Mediumship course was great, we learnt about "inner transformation", and the importance of taking courage to change our habits and self discovery...

Good Morning

My night was filled up with dreams...

My first one related work and Spiritism, in that one, I was serving my customers and also showing them a slide about Spiritism, it was very interesting, because I had asked for some inspiration before going to bed, and in the dream it sounded very natural and easy to do...

Then I left work and started walking back home, I passed by some houses that were apparently abandoned, but that were parties happening there, I saw a point far from me, which seemed to be mall, and it was like not very bright, but showing some light...

I got home, and the room I was had a big window, it was not the room I ever asked but there were 2 friends doing their best to make it confortable for me...

Suddenly, I was in a place like a shore, but it was so beautifull, the water was so clear, with so much life, all the water creatures were there living in harmony and there were so many of them, each one different from the other, they were not scared with me, there was even something that looked like a water scorpion, but it was not dangerous, just beautifull... I knew my time was over, so I had to leave, I started walking to the road, but I had to give something back to the boy who was with me in there, showing me the place, so I thrown it to him, it didn't reach him, so I called the thing back, mentally, and throw it again, and it ended on the boy's hand...

After that I went to a lecturer, by horse, it was so different, because I had the opinion of wealth and I was actually, in front of the horse, pulling it... there was someone very important for me in the horse... We arrived at the place where the lecturer was supposed to happen, there were pictures of plato, socrates, and many other important philosofic people... by the door, there was a lady that was supposed to keep the horse, I felt she was very poor and hungy, so I invited her to have a soup with us, first she said she was going to eat at home, I insisted, and I could see in her eyes the happiness of being invited, we started talking, and she had a very pleasant conversation, she was very pleased to be eating as well, as her last meal was several hours before, and the next one would still take some time...

Well, I'm having a great day, today, this will be my best so far...

Had a great hot chocolate for breakfast, and realized that I think in accordance with Cedric than what I used to imagine...

After work I went to the Lola Group and from there to see "The imaginarium of Dr Parnasus" very interesting film, beautifull pictures...

Good Morning, I had a very intense night last night...

Firstly, I was driving a car, and suddenly I couldn't stop it, it was accelerated and didn't stop, so I went on driving, trying to divert from everything, there were 3 more people in the same car, it stopped only when the wheel broke and came out of my hands, it was a big relief.

I had a dream that my mother and father were living in separeted houses, and she took us and our stuff to my father's, so I asked her if she was sure mother sure about what she was doing, so we all cried and she took us back and decided to give my father a second chance as well, this didn't happen in real life when my father was alife...

There was me, my brother and my sister was more like my niece in the dream, she had a boyfriend, which my brother or me didn't like, so we wanted to scare him, but we went too far...

I went to the supermarket with a kind of brother in law, and he was insisting in which meat I'd like to eat, so I replied that I would be fine with cheese...

I was walking in Vitoria, and saw an old cinema all refurbished, it was very bright, and I asked about the programming, but none could answer it properly, I said I was going to check it on the Internet.

I was walking in a city cut by a river or a channel, and suddenly a huge octopus flow back in the air. an elephant was swimming in the river/channel and I hold on his feet to go with him, we had a talk and he decided to take me on his back, so I could guide him to India, in order that hw could visit his family, we went through a farm and there were some dogs disturbing us, so the owner (that looked like Garreth for me) asked what we were doing there, I explained the purpose of the trip, he was admired, saying that I could take us one year to get to the destination and allowed us to go...

In my last dream, there was me, Walber and Marianne, we didn't have where to sleep, so we got into a house and decided to spend the night there, there was some people that wanted us to marry with their friends in order to legalize them, but I told them I was married already, them we talked about the laws, saying that if they were caught they would be deported and would have a fine to pay. Walking down the street, there was a steak house, and a trailler in the corner, where Leandra Leal was working selling "pastel" and "caldo de cana" there was a book behind her, "nosso lar"... We had a little chat...

I also remember in the beggining of the night, feeling a presence of someone or a Spirit that didn't like me much, so, I remember waking up and apologising for what I had done, the presence was really strong...

I had a very easy day, walked to Westminster and got a tube, I knew the traffic would be bad today... Talked to Cedric in the morning about the trainning and he agreed not to go on for now...

I served Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, for lunch...

I met marianne for a hot chocolate, she's much happier now on her new job, but I felt very tired suddenly...

back to work, night shift was great, back home, going to bed now...

I remember having some low level dreams...

Like talking to some friends in a street and on the other side there was a guy mastubating intensily, also I was going with some friends to a club, but my intension was not going into it, so by the doot I tell them my decision, they get upset and let me to leave at that moment, the people who were corring a bridge to get to the club didn't seem to be very nice...

I had a cat, and there were hidden messages under it's fur, like, it had some paint and as you pass your hand you can get different messages...

There was a dream with Raphael and Tiphaine...

There was a good one, about travelling or going somewhere...

And also, a group of older gentlemen, and I remember them complaining that I was going to leave them alone...

And I also remember, being by the beach and a group of people was building a plataform for a very weird kind of automobile...

Well, I started well, but as I left I really had the intuition to go to the Westminster Bridge, but insted I got the bus at Kennington Lane, there were only buses till Parliament Square, so I got one, but I had the feeling that the Jubilee Line would be closed, when I got there it was, so went back and got another bus to work...

My lunch was, fine, I had good customers, easy and everything... but I had not much patience with Steeve, even more when after one week of training he comes to me and asks for the flavours of ice cream, so I told him off big time...

During this shift, I had an Indian family and the guy was just amazing, he asked for my name and where I was from, so, as I told I am brazilian, he replied that I'm going to Rio and open a restaurant, 'cos of the Olympics and World Cup, the thing is that I started thinking it already, and started conciving the idea, I'm sure, that I have to follow this idea...

During my break, I went looking for another suits, but didn't find anything that pleased me, came back to work, and Michal started complaining that it was going to be too busy, so we had to wait longer for the coffees, another time I didn't have much patience, and had a little argument with him... Steeve was better during the first seating, but didn't tell a table about the desserts not available, so I told him off...

Second seating, he was not so great, and I was timing him, he had 18 minutes break, excuse, he was talking to chef... At 12 midnight, Michal asks if all the tables had coffees because he wanted to clean the coffee machine, another argument...

When, we closed, Steeve was talking with the receptionist, so I commented that if we all work, we all would go home earlier, the receptionist apologised, but he said that he can do 2 things at a time, I replied that if he did only one well done it would be good, he replied again something else, but I didn't pay attention, so I went straight to Moggie and told her I'm not training him next week...

At the end, I found one full tray of cutlery to be polished, and we all did it...

I remember now, that just before break, Po was telling me that if I prefer he would get someone else for training Steeve, so I replied that would be great, because I told him before the training started how it would be... When he came back, he got me a book, the time traveler's wife, I found it so cute, because it was like a way of apoligising, did I ever had the chance to apologise for any mistake? I love him very much...

Good morning, I remember being seated in the presence of 2 enlighted beings, and we were discussing a plan to help me break free from my limitations, I don't remember what we discussed but surely I'll have good inspirations from now on, I mean more than I already have...

I also remember being at work, my hair was about 2 centimeters long and someone telling me to wash it with tabasco...

I remember that there was some more activities, but now, Im not sure what happened...

I woke up very confident and did a little meditation...

I also remember a family going to the Spiritist Center where we kept a fund for helping the families, they were asking for some help, I took a little girl and went to Beth's house to talk to hear, she told me to offer £ 250 to the family, we went back to get the money...

Today I finished the work with the Healing Seminar material, went to pick up my suit and decided to have a quick shower at the gym, it just proved me that I have to stop making excuses and if I make mistakes, it's because I want it, so thanks for the opportunity to see how much I still have to improve...

At work, everything was good, I had my best night with Steeve, but he still has a long way to go, not sure if he will get it this time...

Work was easy and we had a great night...

I wrote an email for a good friend apologizing for not being in touch, hope he can understand it...

I remember a 'business lunch', I think I took part in a spiritual meeting, but can't remember the contents of it...

Also, I remember myself after working, a table breaks and a truck is called to remove it, as it comes inside the restaurant it breaks the floor, and collects what damaged.

The bad thing is that I kept repeting that I wouldn't work with my trainer if he doesn't change, I imagine the attitude I give to my Spiritual friends, and they never say that about me... It's time to change...

Then I quickly passed by Brazil, where they told me about the composition of the oil, and that it was still too expensive...

Well, I challenged myself and walked to work today, it was great, only took me 45 minutes and I arrived there full of energy...

At work, I started before my time watering the plants, but when my trainer arrived I started already not in sintony with him... Lunch shift I was on him at every minute, so during my break, I had my amazing hot chocolate and went to the gym to have a shower, there I spent 5 minutes, in the sauna and decided to be more patiente with, treat him the way I'd like to be treated, and thanked the Lord for the opportunity to have him to practice my patience...

Guess what? I had an amazing shift, he was much more aware of what he was doing, and we had Mr Vandrevalas, so I got a bonus as I had planned this morning...

I have a couple of memories to share so far...

First, my grandmother was driving me and tia teresa to a private area in Vitoria, I remember beeing there in dream with my father, but when we got there we couldn't cross the barrier, with my father, we even parked inside the area and walked around, so my aunt got the wheel to manouver the car and drive us back....

Another memory, I was with a friend by the same barrier, the phone rings and I get some packets with drugs to deliver to a very rich guy who lives inside...

Another moment, I was at home and outside is a kind of sauna, I remember feeling very tempted to go there and enjoy...

Well, I'll let you know if there are other memories later,

I had a dream at work, there was a table of 2 gay guys and I went to the kitchen and told the chef to preper the main courses, well, instead of that he went on his break to return 2 hours later, my managers and I went to a bar to talk, he told he loved my shirt, and he was very pleased with me, the 2 customers were there and we served the food, he said one of the dishes was wrong...

I saw myself in a kind of terminal, that will lead people out of the Earth, I took responsability for a little boy and he travelled on my lap...

There was another dream, where I was leaving in a sharing house, in a open space of this house there was living 2 tranvestites, they was no privacy, no walls, no bed, they were sleeping on the floor, a nurse came to see them, but even living in such conditions they had a Porsche... I think it was illustrating the Spiritual Poverty...

I left them to have a shower, and they would make a feijoada to eat on the Friday evening, I remember thanking the Lord for not eating that much anymore....

Well, them I remember myself in a suit talking to an advisor, because, I had won 888 million in 3 days, so I had signed 4 cheques for charities, but would need advice on how to take care of the rest... Question 888 on the Spirit's Book is related to giving money to the poor, and what the real charity, it also says that the Law of Atraction is Love...

Them I a woman met me and she told me that that same guy killed a person about 50 years before, so I took her to a coffee shop, but I didn't have much cash on me, later I found a bag full of coins...

I woke willing to go to the gym, but after the Gospel at Home, in which I read a message about the gifts God give to us, and when not used they go rotten or lost, so we do have to use all our talents for the benefit of ourselves and the other, I had to go back to bed and I also did a lot of the material for the Healing seminar, so everytime I tried to stop, I had a new inspiration and didn't leave my home untill 5 pm, getting to the course, I could feel harmony in the air, awesome...

Then during the pratical part I did see the light shining from the inside of each one of us, and I gave 2 voice communications... I felt the perispiritual expansion and I felt myself involved by my spiritual friend, I saw a seed becoming a tree, it blossoning, fruiting, people laying on its shadow, eating its fruits and planting its seeds, for me it represents that I should plant the seed of love, let it grow, and let it grow in the other's hearts as well.

After the course I went shopping with Paulo, and I got a sandwich for a lady who was outside the supermarket, but bag broke and she offered me hears... I first had a very deep sleep, then, I started dreaming, these dream were more like lessons, they showed me that work for work is useless, I should put passion in every thing that is done, then everuthing would have a meaning...

Basically, what I learned from my dreams last night is to learn to serve with love, transcend the soul possibilities and learn and instruct always...

Now Im going to describe what I remember from my dreams: I was late for a class with manoel and I wanted to have a shower, I knew it would take only 3 or 4 minutes, so I run to the toilets to have the shower, getting there it was more like an infermary, and I felt compassion for all those poor beings who were there... Well, I don't remember going back to the class, and it was very full, so many people looking for enlightment...

Then I was at work and doing everything as usual, not giving myself to it... Well, it was when a customer lighted up a cigar that my blood boiled and took action, I just went to the wife and told that we could loose our licenses just because of that, that surely she wouldn't mind, but of course we all would loose our jobs, Raphael thanked me, and I went on the direction of the kitchen, when I saw a customer not happy with his fish so I took it to be cooked a bit more...

Well, when I was waiting, i got stuck in a door and to get free from there I started levitating in the air, it was a stunning experience...

After all of this, I was walking on a place, that was like after my birth city, I was hearing a voice telling all the people who came to my life when I was a child to give me an example of love, and also those who were reincarnate for some kind of rescue, it was so touching, because all the woman that were mentioned were very simple ones, and yes, they gave a great opportunity to have a glimpse of love...

I remember that I was looking for some IceCream, and I would have to go down a hill, so I decided not to have it and found another place exctly with what I wanted, and they also had some different flavours, that were named after precious stones, well, my money felt from my hand, and as I was collecting, one guy stepped on some and collect for himself as well, we introduced and there was a lady, beautifull and gracious hidden behind him, I got an icecream, and I had on my hand some coins that would be collect soon, I also had an envelope with a business project and a flight ticket I don't know to here...

After all of that, I heard a message, very inspiring, telling me: Brother, friend, you should your part, because we are doing what we can, soon we will stop, but you will go on... The voice seamed to be in tears, very touching...

Well, I think, it's time to change definitely...

I spend my morning working on the Healing seminar material, then bought my new suit to start my new position and went to work...

It was an easy shift,but I had a few moments with my trainee, I need to learn how to tell someone off without being rude...

Came back home and worked a little more on the healing material...

Good Morning

Let me try to tell you what happened, so many experiences...

First, I went to Brazil to visit my family, I was supposed to be there for 2 weeks, so I stayed with them for a couple of days and them I went to SP, I decided to leave on a Friday, and on my way to airport, by foot, and I was walking through streets that are not from real SP, but one that I know from previous dreams, I realised that I still had one week to spend with my family, so I became very happy, Dirceu was helping me with the luggage and Ricardo with a girl were ahead of us, but we lost them... The place we were leading to was a train or tube station, it was in a higher level than the street, but it was full of houses around it, just after this station there is a big street or avenue, I remember passing there before in dreams, it's not a place that I know from my wakening hours, next time I'll try to remember the name of the streets we were passing by...

I after that had and experience, it was like having an orgasm, but much more intense, I was in a light room and the sensation started, it was so intense that it woke me up, I didn't continue the dream...

I was at work, and there were 2 or 3 ladies to have dinner, I started taking things out of my bag and there were some breads, some plain, some with olives and some with sausages, some cheese was off and there was another thing as well... the ladies didn't eat...

One customer asked for vanilla soda and another lemonade, I told him we could make vanilla ice cream with soda, he didn't want that...

After that, I had a dream that we were having a seminar about healing, which is really going to happen at the end of this month, but the people who were there were all my family from my mother's side, all of them, even the ones who are protestants were present on the seminar, one lady was not feeling well, Raphael was there, and he opened hs eyes wide when he saw me... during the dream I could feel that I was happy to be there... two aunts of mine they behaved as they were long not seen friends not like sisters, what was very unusual for me... my cousins were helping preparing everything, it was so good to see, they were so dedicated...

I have a memory to be in a place and Vinicius was near me, but I couldn't see him...

When it finished I saw myself walking in the streets of Vitoria, my birth city, and there was a gay parade happening, I remember I had to go somewhere, so instead of following the parade, and I remember having this mental conversation with myself, I decided to run out of it and follow an alternative route...

I think I had some other dreams as well, and I feel tired, so I'm going back to bed, if I remember something I'll write it down, don't worry...

I also remember dreaming about salomao and another guy, they got, according to my dream, very wealthy in one year...

Well, I went to the gym, but didn't feel like working out, so I went to the relaxing area, and I failed again, the thing is that I was completelly conscious of what I was doing all the time, and also, I was enjoying, but knew I would regret later, even the pleasure of it was minimun...

In comparison with what I had during the night, it was ridiculous, but looking the bright side of it, I see that I still have lots to improve, I can canalise my creative power in other direction, and I am responsable for my acts...

After that I went to see Ronaldo, and we badmouthed a couple of colleagues, what is another thing that I have to improve...

Then I went to the SC, and there we had a talk about how to divulgate Spiritism in English, I think that soon, I'll have to take the lead of something as well...

Watched UP, great animation...

On my way home I started laughing at the bus stop, because I saw an advert about a competion for unusual founding, so I'll start thinking about Love Filled Cafe again...

Good morning

I had a very pleasant night...

Again I remember more fragments, but I'll try to describe it on my best way...

We were in a group of 4 or 5, I didn't have trousers on and was working, we were invited to go for a little trip, so I put my trousers and we were supposed to go to the countryside...

I remember someone offering to collect some fresh corn to make a food...

We were supposed to go to a church, but we didn't...

The car was left in front of a bar, and I didn't see, but felt the presence of someone stelling a bag, but people who were in front of it didn't see anything...

I was walking, in a place that looked like Earl's court and ended in Victoria, so a lady in the bus stop, dressed in orange, speaking german, then English, asked me where she could get a bus to Earl's court, I went with her to the next bus stop, as she was affraid to go alone...

Her clothes were very loose and elegant, we stopped in front of a church and talked for a while...

I remember the presence or visit of 2 Spirits, and when I woke up I was thinking or feeling the presence of 5 'woman' Spirits...

I decided that I'm having a great day today...

It's going to be fantastic...

I remember lots of fragments that I cannot connect, so I'll try to describe them as they come to my mind...

It was a very intense night, and surely I remember just a percentage of what I lived out of the body...

I was at my work, and asked if someone there was going to Dubai, because I had to work over there for the next 2 days...

I remember a Carnival party, in which I didn't take part, just watched it pass by...

I had a word with the Brazilian actress Cassia Kiss, and I remember telling her how beautifull her skin was...

I also remember talking with and about 2 other artists...

I was making cheesecake with Dominic, but he wanted to cook it in a pan, instead of baking...

I think I was in touch of the presence of my father...

My cousin Tarcizio and his wife were back to Brazil, I also saw my uncle Narcizo...

If I have any other memory, I'll surely share with you...

My day was fantastic...

I did some leafleting for the Medicine and Spirituality Congress, then went to the gym, but as I was short timed just did some abs...

Got to work, with a delicious hot chocolate, work was very smooth, and I got some good tips, my customers were all lovely...

I'm so full of energy, not like most of the others day, so I think I'm going to do some good readings, and praying...

I remember being with Zeze and a couple of other people, she was holding a tray containing 3 glasses with water they were for 3 visitors, I don't remember who they were or what they said, but I remember that they were very 'important', according to my memories, they were very elevated Spirits, because their bodies were maninly light...

After that, I went to my home town, I saw my sister, my brother and my mother, she didn't talk much with me still, but she gave my brother's old car...

I crossed by Raphael on the street and went to my gradfather's old bar, there was a cake shop now, and me and Dominic had a piece of an amazing cake with truffles...

I woke up during the night and did myself a Reiki Section...

After that I had a dream that I was working, serving tables, clearing, one woman asked me if I was the manager, and I said I was going to be a supervisor soon...

Then a teenager and his father came in, they didn't have much money and their card was not working also, they were preparing to sleep in the restaurant, but I said they couldn't do it, I felt pitifull for them, but didn't see much that I could do for them...

Next morning, I see myself near a beautifull lake, and it seemed to be Switzerland, the teenager and father were there, but they were trying to sell houses, like getting the money and not giving it, because the owners didn't want or didn't know their houses were being sold...

Walking by the lake I heard a scream, it was a black woman who had a guy into her house showing it to some people without any permission...

Then I came back to be closer to the lake, but I found a little village, and behing this village there was a place for horses, so beautifull, all in tones of pink with pictures of Julia Roberts, like ir she had filmed there, the name of the film would ve something like Ugudum, and she like a queen on the Middle ages, my body could go very close to the floor over there without touching it...

Then, I met a couple of people and one guy was telling me that I had a great job, as I arrive at work at 10 and leave by 3, what is not true nowadays, but maybe soon...

Good morning...

As I prepared myself for sleeping for a good reason, I had a long dream by a swimming pool where we were studying and talking about spiritual matters, I was among a small group, but the memory of this meeting puts me in a good state of mind...

After the talk, I see myself in my old parents snack bar, my GM is managing me, and he tells me to be carefull with a specific customer, this customer turns to me and advices: 'take care for me not to kill you', this worlds sounded very childish instead of scaring me, they showed that I should not fear, but understand his ignorance...

One lady turns me, smilling, pleased that I was there this evening...

I take last night as a very productive one, thank Lord...

After the Gospel at Home, I went back to bed and decided to sleep a littel more, well I had a dream I was visiting a friend,his house was stunning, the building was very modern, and it seemed to be in SP, getting there he was very down, I felt as if he was renting his body, and as a result he was impregnated with bad fluids...

There were my aunt and a cousin, we went to the room and started looking at some pictures, including some of a family wedding, the picture was actually a very modern device, because when you touch it, it shows the video related to it, all in a picture...

One of the pictures was a room, full of carpets, that I seemed to know, I told the room was not so big as it seemed, my aunt replied as it didn't have any glass or windows, it seemed small, but was actually bigger, there was a kind of cerimony, and my hair was long and curly, then we got to a conversation and my uncle came to pick them up to the airport as they were living to Portugal for a couple of days to talk about Spiritism...

I also remember talking to a Doctor about a friend's son who needs a surgery for overgrown chin, in this case, it's not cosmetic surgery, his bones actually are growing too much, and his maxilar is very far, his tongue is nearly 1 inch far from this teeth...

I had another dream, and I left lots of residuous in the toilet bow, well, in Brazil we say that money is on the way, if it's proportional to the amount, Im getting millions... and them I was serving Mr and Mrs Vandrevala, they were in a rush and we had to clear the table and prepare desserts straight away...

That's all I remember so far...

Well, I worked on a few slides for the study of Gospel and then went to the gym, wasn't very motivated, but did some workout, then I went to the Mediumship class, and we had a great experience sharing connections, after that the pratical part and also I did the vibrations, which put in contact with Higher Spirits...

Good morning,

I remember having some good experiences, but I can't connect the fragments of my dreams to make any sense today, actually, I remember I had a very pleasant evening, but don't really remember anything...

Today, as I was reading my booking, it said about hospitals being created in the Spiritual World for those who passed during the 1st World War, I think I remember something about Hospital, or Healing during my sleep, but it was a pleasant thing, not the usual Hospital feeling we have...

Well, if I have a glimpse, and remember something I'll surelly let you know...

Well, the day passed and I didn't remember my dreams...

At work I was talking to the florist who does our flowers, and suddenly, the sentence 'improvement is a daily task' came out of my mouth...

Then, I told my Supervisor that he was much better during dinner time than lunch the previous day, so he gave me a report of his day, saying he was doing his best, but is tired of nobody listening to him...

I had a great lunch, and some of my great customers were on my tables today...

Could make the relation of lockers and missing keys for the management...

And after work I went for a shower at the gym and I misbehaved, so I filled myself with guilty, went to a coffee shop and started studying Mediumship, I re-read amazing things from Raul Teixeira, and it put me up again, went to the Lola Group and it was allowed for me to do the final prayer, I was so amazed, thanking the Lord for the opportunity to pay back a little of what he does for us, and I started feeling my Spirit growing as during the Mediumship classes, so I thanked and finished the prayer, that meant to me that I was with my good spirit, and I should forgive myself and do not make the same silly mistake again, a few minutes later, I was given the chance and I got the right way...

Thank Lord for the opportunity

I had a dream I was working at Roka, one of my previous job, but with all the staff of LPM, there my Supervisor was trying to scare 2 ladies who were looking for a job, one was pretty good and seemed to be perfect for a receptionist position. Suddenly, Min ha starts crying and gives me a payment to finish, she comes back to the floor with a cake for Scott as if it was his birthday, I was doing the payment of a very drunk oriental lady.

In another dream, I was at work and I received a letter from one ex supervisor, she had send me a lot of things, a few white vests, a new mobile, some money, I didn't know what to do, I was so surprised, and decided to have a break and went on walking, there was a hill that I went down, I stopped at a shop to buy something.

Then I was at a department to complain about a money I had sent and never arrived to its destination... I opened the door but the guy closed it so I should speak by the glass, he asked me to follow him, but i missed him due to amount of halls and doors he was going through...

I had a very good week last week...

So I'm having an even better one this week...

It was raining in the morning, so I decided to write a message to my friends, so I wrote in Portuguese something like: 'Blessed be the rain that waters the seed of love sown in our hearts, let's allow it to wash our souls from our limitations, pains, and guilts, so we can remember that beyond the darkest clouds there is a sun ALWAYS shining, have a great week...'

Well, I received some feedbacks, and went very happy to work...

I arrived there happy, and started working straight away, during service, I realised that my Supervisor was a bit weird, and asked my colleages how he was on them, well, everybody said that he was a bit too much, I did my test and had my break with some friends...

The GM had a talk with the Supervisor and he was slightly better after...

I had an easy Monday day, and hope I'm having a great night...

but I'm wondering which good have I made today?

Good Morning,

I had a dream with Elizabeth and Laura Brasil, Nane just appeared on it as well, and I told her that it was great to see her one week before the wedding, I think I fed Laura with ice cream...

I had another very beautifull dream, me, my father, my mother, my grandmother, my madrinha and my aunt, went travelling, we ended up in Porto Seguro I believe, there I did the check-in for them in a hotel, and I went to a hostel next to it, getting there I passed by 2 swimming pools, 1 with no one around it and the other one with people playing and have pizza, there was a queue of people checking out and the receptionist was Chris and his brother Martin, it was a lovely place, after leaving my stuff and having a shower I got a ride, and instead of going to my family the car went in a city tour, we stopped by a river and there was a house in the beach of the river, it was very beautifull because the water level was high up to the window, and outside the main building of the house, there was the kitchen, so water level was us to the sink, as if you were standing surrounded by the river, a great experience, Julien was there, and when I was leaving it started raining, and a few arabic men, in desert clothes were arriving...

I have some notes on the notebook I leave by my side, but they don't make much sense, like: "big taste", "snakes in the", "GC"... well, I'll try to make better notes next time...

Good morning

I first woke up during the night and had the following sentence on my mind: 'Mediumship as a tool'...

Slept again and woke up with my right side itchy...

Slept again and had a dream, about making a show, make-up, wig and dress... then there was a trip to somewhere...

And in the morning I had a dream about workbut I can only remember the end when I was serving a couple, she asked me to change some money, and I followed Po, he got into a room, where there was a crab, that speaks, it was dark and Po asked me to light it up so I could see it, it was so clever, seemed to be a little baby with claws...

It even said that would like to go to Russia, to be studied, because there, they would understand him more...

I also saw myself with hair, and in the dream I decided that I should let it grow again, because I knew about the difference of me in the dream and me awaken...

The thing is, when I was doing my reading this morning, I read something about respecting even the smallest form of life, and I connected that with the crab, because all beings will evolute...

I was serving collin firth and he went outside, but asked if I had a mint or something, another celebrity asked for a ciggaret, when I went outside, I couldn't believe the view, it was like the 200th floor...
Then I was at work again and went to collect some knives everywhere, passed by the taylor and Roberio told me we were owing quite a lot of money, because now we would receive the new uniforms...

Walber was there, supposed to work as well, and Vinicius came in shouting, so I asked him to respect other's working place, but gave him my back,

Also I left a fabric to make a dress, but when I went there I saw that the fabric was much bigger than what I had thought, with lots of differents patterns, including huge painted flower... the fabric was opened in the field and was as big a swimming pool.

I went back to the church, and all the chairs were to be done, but none cared for that... I think I was going to organise it, and then the alarm clock woke me up...

Let me analise my day honestly...

Left home and walked till westminster bridge, it was a beautifull morning and I felt like walking, got the bus, and at piccadily I had to open the door and leave, there was so much traffic, walked till the bank and made a deposit in my account...

At work everything was fine, even helped the guys to sort out the water delivery...

Organised the keys and lockers in the restaurant, and during my break I went to have a little shower at the gym...

Back to work, very slow and easy evening, there was a football player at my table and some gorgeous arabic ones...

finished work and back home...

but apart from that, Audrey helped me all day, and I realized that Michaela has some kind of complex or trauma, she doesn't integrate properly, I have to try to be nicer to her. Alex was very happy because her boyfriend can feel his toes after the accident, but, which good have I done, ok, Jau called me, but I just got the message, she was either crying or with a bad flu, I tried to call back, but I left a message...

And also I bought my ticket to california...

I got at work full of energy, and started helping straight away, but one of my colleages was not very happy, and I didn't do much to help...

During the briefing, I heard a sentence that's been on my head for a few day: 'We all can do more than we are doing..."

And, a few moments during the day, when I was taking an order, I knew, a few moments before the customer order, exactly what he was going to order, it's a very strange feeling... And also, during the day, I was mentalizing and thinking or directing my thoughts more...

All the service was fine, and I got a ride home with Moggie, going to bed now, have a good night, because I'm having a great one...
